Letter Of Intent from Aloysius Dalli to Gold Dust Miners/Sellers.

*My System of Buying Gold dust from Gold Miners/Sellers is best suited for Gold miners in need of Modern Mining equipment.

Full Disclosure/Full Transparency:

Up front, I am not the End Buyer. The end buyer is the one that will buy Gold dust or Gold bars from me after the Gold dust has been smelted to Gold bars.  (My End Buyer will pay for everything except for the Smelting and Assaying since I will pay for such, from my portion of my profit).

In order to help protect you, myself and the good people I deal with, I have created this Web page: DALLI WILL EXPOSE TIME WASTERS... "IT IS ABOUT TIME"

Note: My policy and that of my End Buyers, "WE PAY NO UP FRONT MONEY" for any reason.

*My System of buying and selling Gold:

I prefer to deal with Gold Sellers in need of Gold mining Equipment, the reason being that such Businessmen will be more understanding and will have more patience with my System.

1) If interested, Gold dust Sellers will sign my contract at an agreed to price of course. See: http://www.dalligoldwater.com/contract_agreement_between_dalli_and_seller.htm

2) My representative will contact Sellers in order to see the Gold as well as all of the relevant Documents.

3) Assuming my representative after doing due diligence in my behalf, gives me the OK...

4) I will then advertise the amount of Gold available in Gold Bars (Since I will be paying to have the Gold dust made into Gold bars) Such advertising will take place at: http://www.dalligoldwater.com/gold_bars_sale.htm

5) Then I will inform my Gold bars Buyers of such available Gold Bars.

6) Once I sign my Contract with my Gold bars Buyer, then I will sign my Contract with my Seller/s.

As you can see, with my System, I require a certain amount of time in order to buy Gold dust and then to sell Gold Bars to my Gold bars Buyers.

Due to the time that I require, a regular Gold dust Seller may not like my System, however, a Gold Miner/Seller needing Modern Mining Equipment might... because of what the Gold Miner/Seller will receive from me afterwards for his cooperation and patience. If you have Gold to sell, especially if you are a Gold miner in need of Modern Mining Equipment, send an Email to me at: aloysius@dalli.com and include your FCO.

Regarding "Proof of product"... at the right time, after I receive my contract signed by the Seller, I will have my representative call you in order to see the Gold dust and your Documents. My representative's name and contact information will be disclosed after our contract is signed by you.

If you are situated in Ghana you may choose to complete the transaction via PMMC.  I abide by PMMC's Export procedures, see: http://www.ghana-mining.org/ghweb/en/ma/pmmc/pmmcgoldPM/pmmcgoldEBP.html. See paragraph number 9 in particular.

If I accept your price for your Gold, then I will send to you my contract in Microsoft Word for you to review, complete, sign and seal.  Do not convert my Contract, leave the contract in Microsoft Word in order to enable me to complete my portion.

You will be paid at the Refinery by check or via wire transfer right after smelting. (Your choice)

Once my Contract is completed and signed by you and returned to me, I will then at the right time complete my portion and sign the Contract and return it to you. Then via my Gold Bars Buyers I will arrange the time and date of when the transaction will start. (When the Gold is to be delivered to the Refinery) This will be at my Buyer's convenience, at your convenience and at the convenience of the Refinery.
 
Please do not offer me any of your Gold if you are in a hurry, or if you want me to pay any up-front money for any reason or if you want me to supply to you an SBLC or any other type of Bank Guarantee. No guarantee is required since you will be in control of your Gold until you get paid. (Title of your Gold does not transfer till you get paid).

Respectfully, my Letter of Intent means: "What I am able to do", not what the Gold Sellers are able to do. (Things may change later on)

I am not "dictating" or "Instructing", I am simply stating what it is that I can do at this time.
