Notice the time below that Mr. Coffie expected me to respond to his Chatter!                

(2:08 AM on 12/11/2008) After the second Chat you will also see the Email that Mr. Coffie sent to my End Buyer!

I have a Policy of “No up front money for any reason”; this can be seen on my Contract at: http://www.dalligoldwater.com/contract_agreement_between_dalli_and_seller.htm  and I have two signed Contracts with Mr. Coffie, one for 20 KGS + 300 KGs Monthly for one Year (Which will be in default on the 12 of December 2008) and another signed Contract for 1,000 KGs. On these two contracts there is no mention of up front money, yet to complete the 20 KGs transaction, Mr. Coffie has requested 40% up front from my End Buyer! Sounds familiar? (I spent a ridiculous amount of time with Mr. Coffie and a great deal of money on Phone calls!)

By reading the below you will realize what I have contended with…

Kofi Adams: you cannot act on 20kgs and you want me to do business of 1000kg. You that you cannot control the 20kgs how can you control 1000kgs

Kofi Adams: If you think you are right on this issue you ae not at all, because you never play a roll you should play you are just thinking about your own comission I try to sell Gold for you 12,000$ and where do you think you can get gold for 12,000$ in Ghana I make sure I give you good price why don't you tell your buyer to go to PMMC and ask how much they sell Gold

Kofi Adams: You buyer pay just only 5,500$ for 20kgs for shipment what about me that I borrow money from the bank for 5,500$ to complete the shipment

Dear Mr. XXXXXXXX

How are you doing over there sir? I know we both are not happy the way things are going with the 20kgs that suppose to be shipped since last week.  Due to the visa delay at the America embassy that is why the elders requested for that 40% of the total cost of the Gold. Although I am being trying since yesterday to convince the elders and chiefs in the village to release the 20kgs to you but still they did not agree with me. I made the elders to know that I have being doing business with you for a while and I mentioned Mr. Dalli they said yes they know him but still they want 40% to convince them that you can perform.

The reason why they refused is that a buyer from Arizona USA went away with away 35kgs 4 months ago and never send our money to us, the buyer sign a contract of 1 tone with us and we give him 35kgs of Gold dust for first trial we do shipment with our money and everything this buyer never turn up that is the reason why they don’t want to release this 20kgs.

I made the elders to understand that fingers are not equal still they never believe me and they told me maybe is the same buyer that needed 20kgs I said no, because I knew you through Mr. Dalli and I have being communicating with you for a while still they never believe. All what they need is that your representative will come with 40% of the Total cost of the Gold and they will give him 10kgs as a collateral that worth more than 40% they requested then your representative will go with 10kgs to his hotel room and after the 20kgs as been deliver to Miami Refinery they will get the 10kgs from Mr. Harris back soon as the gold is being delivered to your refinery.

Mr. Bross, We don’t have much time on our side and we can not wait till 2months time from the American Embassy and your refinery will soon close on the 19^th December 2008, although I am not happy with the elders decision but let co operate with them because majority of the elders and chiefs are illiterate and for illiteracy to understand things it will take a time, the few elders that they are well educated are supporting me but others are not and majority carries the vote, all the elders are above 70’s and the few are in the late 60’s so it’s not easy and they told me that that is the legacy they inherited from the grand fathers and the family are extend family so if this family agree another family will not because they believe on this mining site and they have to pay their workers money so that they can mine more gold and they have many responsibilities to tackle with. Although I am part of the family but I am grandson and I have only few % from the mining company that is why I become marketing manager for the family company.

Mr. Bross, I know this is the first time we are doing business of which you are facing many challenges from this elders, I just want you to take it like that is one of those things that happen in man’s life as a business man is either you lose or gain but let concentrate on how we will move forward, I thank God Mr. Harris is here in Ghana and he saw me and the shipper he was convince with what he saw comparing us to other mining company or seller he has come across in Ghana, we are good Christian and we serve our living God because the bible says the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. I believe we came to this world with nothing and we will go back to God with nothing. I just want you to count on me and the shipper including your partner Mr. Harris I have the strong believe that we will deliver with good faith.

I did not come to preach to you or convince you to pay money but to continue good relationship that we both have for each other. I want us to do good business and future better relationship. If you can count on us so that we can do the shipment before Friday I will be happy, I want you to comply with the 40% and I will give your partner Mr. Harris 10kgs of Gold as a collateral and he will do the assay before he release the 40% and I will make sure the shipment went on successfully.

Because of you one of the elders tear the bottom of my cloth and slap me on my face just because he said I knew about the 35kgs that lost months ago and now I want to thief 20kgs with another buyer and he will not accept and I stood up with anger and said what does he mean at the council of meeting I said he should say that to me again and he stood up and tear my cloth and slap my face just because I am supporting you. I know is business and I have to take it like that although is my father elder brother and I can not do anything I have to respect the 87 years old man. I believe God will make a way were there is seems not to be way.

I am not ready to do business of 1000kgs with you again unless we settle this 20kgs shipment first. If your buyer is ready to buy Gold let him buy from PMMC or ASAP VASA If gold is easy to buy with that low price I gave to you. We have to be honest to each other I gave you reasonable price and you never even consider a seller loosing money to many buyers now you want me to take 1000kgs to PMMC Never in my life willl I do such a thing. Untill we settle this issue before refinery close. If your buyer can call American Embassy to give my representative visa now fine I will go to the embassy for the visa. In the contract we both sign and seal or the FCO I sent to you, it state that buyer will get a visa and air ticket for seller representative, I never state seller representative have a visa or ticket. Now that visa willl be out in 2 months time so your buyer have to consider by paying 40% of the total cost of the Gold and I will give your buyer Rep. Harris 10kgs as a collateral to keep in his hotel room. If your buyer trust is Representative he should give his representative the 40% and I give him 10kgs worth more than 40% to keep in his hotel room. The 5,500$ your buyer pay to shipper I also pay the same amount to the shipper so the shipper has done all the documents he is waiting for us to ship the Gold. Compare 300,000$ to 5,500$ your buyer pay so the money is nothing to our Gold 20kgs if it is easy to get Gold, ASAP VASA is in Ghana ask him to go to the village to buy gold and he will tell you maybe Gold is easy to get. Is better you talk to your buyer because we can not do what is not right , I don't know you from anywere niether do I know your buyer, I only know Harris because I meet him and he his real so I don't trust you or your buyer with my 20kgs that is greediness. You have your money come to Ghana and buy gold from PMMC simple.

It is a long shot, but there is one possible solution.

I have another large transaction with the same supplier, "Coffie", I have a signed
contract with him and a Signed Contract with another End Buyer.

This end Buyer has an Account with PMMC and he has given to me info on how
to confirm funds. With his permission I sent the info to Coffie and Coffie is to confirm
the Proof OF Funds tomorrow.

Coffie stated to me that if the Funds are confirmed, than he will go to the Bank Friday where
the Gold is kept and will bring the Gold to PMMC by 11AM the same day. (Friday at 11AM)

If this comes to be, I will then be in a position to pay for the 20 Kgs and have your Mr. Harris
bring the 20 Kgs to ASAP VASA and after assay, pay me instead...

I repeat, this is a long Shot... because Coffie's Credibility is now questionable...

I am praying not to disappoint you any further...

I’m not sure if Mr. Coffies Elders would go for you representing them and meeting me at the refinery.  If they would be OK with this I could host your stay in Miami and then you could verify payment to your Wells Account and witness my wire to Mr. Coffies account via our online wire system.  I’m just trying to think of some way to make this work.
