I do not own the Gold I am offering to sell, however, I have legal Contracts with Gold providers that do; hence I refer to myself as a Gold Seller.

The following paragraph is part of PMMC procedures.

10. Funds in US Dollars representing the export value of the gold should be transferred to PMMC account at the Bank of Ghana (i.e. The Central Bank of Ghana), with The Licensed Gold Buyer noted therein as the beneficiary, prior to the export of the gold. PMMC will provide the Bank transfer instructions to the exporter for the information of the overseas buyer to facilitate the transfer of funds.

A date to deliver the Gold to PMMC must be given and agreed to by Gold Supplier/Seller and end Buyer. If the Gold is not delivered on that specific date and time, the Gold Supplier/Seller will be liable for fees imposed by PMMC and Gold Supplier/seller will be liable for breach of Contract in favour of Buyer.

After you buy 200 KGs of Gold bars from me, I will personally pay for CIF to deliver additional Gold to any refinery of your choice, situated in any friendly Country.

Will start with 50 KGs and double up each time. Limited of course to the amount of Gold I will have available and the amount you will want to buy. I know what you want and I will do one better, "No Bank Guarantee will be required from you"!

Presently I have no Gold to sell! As soon as I have Gold to offer, such offers will be placed here.

A note to Brokers/Intermediaries: If you are a part of a long chain of Brokers, please do not contact me, however, if you are a mandate to a Gold Buyer or even next to a Buyer's mandate, by all means contact me. (I will honor and protect your interest) I will pay only one commission to one person or a group.
