I will always do my best to offer Gold bars Buyers the very best Prices.
Via FIIFA, an association I created approximately eleven (11) years ago, (see www.fiifa.com) I have many FIIFA Members/Finders situated Worldwide and other non Members associates/Net workers seeking real Gold Sellers for me.
When I contract for Gold with Gold Sellers, besides entering into a Contract, Sellers must prove to me that they have what they say they have via an SGS Inspection certificate.
I will no longer accept SKR's issued by a Bank or from any Security House as proof of Product. Not because the Banks or the Security Houses are not to be trusted, but because the boxes may contain Gold and perhaps not! (I was told this by an African)

My Gold dust Sellers and Gold bars Buyers may choose a different Refinery to conclude transactions, this Refinery is also situated in Accra, it is called ASAP VASA. (This is considered a Private Refinery capable of refining gold to 24 Carat & 99.9% Purity)
I am also seeking Buyers willing to Buy Gold bars from me from Mali, utilizing the services of Metaux Precieux Dubit Service, Labo Geologie, Artisana 32 porte 80 Bamako Mali, for smelting, etc…
There is much Gold in Mali!
A Buyer willing buy Gold bars from me from Mali, would do rather well... Yes this Refinery can also arrange shipment to Buyer's destination as long as the Gold bars Buyers pay for their service.
The alternative: Buyers could fly to Mali and after smelting, pay for the Gold bars and then they could make their own arrangements to have their Gold shipped wherever...

Note: I am not saying that I will always have Gold available for sale, I am simply stating that if you want to buy Gold Bars at a discount, (Better prices than the norm) try me by contacting me and even if I do not have Gold to sell when you contact me, I will contact you once I have Gold to sell. (No obligation from either side)
Regarding the matter of payment:
At this time paying for the Gold bars is as follows:
1) When I enter into a contract with a Gold dust Seller, as part of our agreement, Gold dust Sellers must send to me Proof of Product. (P.O.P) The only P.O.P. that I will accept is an Inspection certificate from SGS. (This subject is also addressed on my LOI to Gold dust Sellers)
2) When the Gold bars Buyer enters into an Agreement with me, he or she is assured that the Gold dust exists by virtue of the fact that the stated SGS Inspection Certificate will be made part parcel of the purchase Contract. (This seems to be the only P.O.P. that Gold bars Buyers feel comfortable with)
3) Once the Gold bars Buyer and I sign the Contract, the Buyer will have 4 working days to Wire transfer the amount of money required to PMMC in order to make the purchase.
4) Once this is confirmed by PMMC, then the Gold Sellers will be obligated to bring their Gold to the Refinery.
5) Right after smelting, all respective parties to the transaction get paid... Including the Refinery, my Gold supplier and myself. (I pay the Refinery for smelting the Gold dust to Gold Bars from my portion of the profit)
6) It is to be understood that the Title of the Gold does not get transferred to the Buyers until my Suppliers get paid.
